Completing the income tax returns for companies - Practical workshop based on case studies

When: Wednesday, 26th July AND Thursday, 27th July 2017

The seminar will include various case studies in relation to the completion of a Malta Income tax Return for companies, with various sources of different sources of income and also different corporate vehicles.  The basis of taxation applicable to companies will be considered.

The purpose of this seminar is to assist attendees in the completion of income tax returns for companies and to address various issued and difficulties which may arise when completing the return.  The case studies will address the completion of the tax return for situations of a head office and a branch and for collective investment schemes amongst others.  Recent changes to the income tax Return for YA 2017 will also be addressed.

This will be a practical workshop such that, based on the case studies provided, attendees shall be completing income tax returns.  Attendees are required to bring their laptop to the sessions.
