The seminar shall review, in detail, the most pertinent judgements concerning Income Tax and VAT delivered by the Administrative Review Tribunal and the Court of Appeal for the period January to November 2022, under the ordinary contestation procedure (i.e. appeals from assessments).

If relevant, consideration will also be given to decisions rendered by the courts of civil jurisdiction on matters other than appeals from assessments, including judicial review of administrative action.
