The Commissioner for Revenue notifies that a new version of the YA2022 company tax return (version 1.1) was made available on the portal.

Version 1.1 of the return has corrected validation errors in page 4 of the tax return which were inadvertently restricting a company from being allowed to carry forward trading loss.

Kindly note that were such validation errors did not apply (ie; no situation of trade loss for the year or B/F) the previous version of the tax return may still be completed (and eventually submitted successfully).
