MIT Members are informed that the Commissioner for Revenue has issued a public consultation document regarding draft Transfer Pricing Rules.

The consultation period closes on 28th February 2022.

The Malta Institute of Taxation will be reviewing the document and submitting feedback on the draft rules. Any Member wishing to submit comments to the Institute for consideration when formulating its response is kindly invited to do so by 28th January 2022.
