Earlier this month, the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue announced that the 30 June 2022 deadline for submission of the Income Tax Return (Basis Year 2021/ YoA 2022) has been extended to 31 July 2022 where the return is submitted online ( via https://mytax.cfr.gov.mt )

Further to our request for clarification from the Office of the CfR, we have been informed that this deadline extension applies to the both the tax return submission as well as to the tax payment.
