The webinar will give a detailed overview of the anti-hybrid rules, including the new reverse hybrid rule that entered into effect in January 2022. Moreover, the session will deal with select problem areas of the anti-hybrid rules and discuss the main questions raised in practice, based on the first two years of application. |
