Malta Institute of Taxation – Membership Renewal 2026

Dear Member,

Kindly note that your MIT membership will be up for renewal with effect from 1 January 2026.

Membership may be renewed online by logging in to the Member’s Area of our website. Payment of the 2026 membership fee is €200, and further instructions are included in the form.

 
 

2026 Membership benefits concerning MIT events

As a MIT Member you benefit from discounted Member rates on our webinars, short courses, and other events, including the MIT Annual Tax Conference, as well as access to complimentary Members-only information sessions.

In addition, Members who renew membership (including settlement of membership fee) by 28 February 2026 will be entitled to attend 2 CPE events on a complimentary basis, to be selected from eligible events organised by the Malta Institute of Taxation in 2026. A calendar of events will be made available in the new year to enable Members to plan ahead.

Please note that complimentary CPE events does not apply to non-paying members (incl. honorary members and students enrolled on the MIT Course on Taxation).

 
 
 
 
 

CPE Requirements for MIT Members

MIT members seeking to renew their membership are required to submit a declaration to MIT confirming that s/he has completed a minimum number of taxation related CPE (Continuing Professional Education) hours in the immediately preceding calendar year.

The declaration is submitted by ticking the relevant box on the renewal form.
