The MTCA has issued a notice informing users who downloaded the supplementary tax return document Version1.1 from the MTCA website on November 27th or 28th, 2024, that is no longer available. To ensure successful submission, please redownload the latest version, Version1.0, now available on the MTCA website.

For those who may have started using Version1.1 and encounter issues submitting their tax returns and the supplementary document due to this change, the MTCA has requested that the following steps are taken:

1. Notify MTCA via the generic mailbox ictuforms.mtca@gov.mt prior to the submission deadline; and
2. Include a screenshot of the error encountered during the submission process.
