The MIT is informed that the Malta Tax and Customs Administration will be asking the taxpayers registered under the VAT article 11 to file the annual VAT declaration through the VAT online services.

The MTCA will not be sending the paper format declaration for the year 2025.

There will be no changes in the due date, still remaining the 15 March 2026.
