Further to our previous communication on the MTCA's Client Satisfaction Survey, as you may be aware, the survey was launched last month.
The MTCA's Client Satisfaction Survey, which is aimed at gathering feedback from both service providers and individual taxpayers, is a crucial step in understanding how well current MTCA services are meeting the needs of the community.
MIT Members are encouraged to complete the survey. The survey will remain open until 19 October 2024.
All taxpayers should have already received the link to the survey by email.
