FEEDBACK REQUESTED! MTCA survey on the collection of DAC Information

HAVE YOU COMPLETED THE DAC SURVEY?
MTCA Survey on the collection of information under DAC

Attn: MIT Members

The Malta Tax & Customs Administration (MTCA) is currently working on the Technical Support Instrument Project with the objective of enhancing the quality and use of tax information that is automatically (AEOI) exchanged between Member States in the context of the Directive on Administration Cooperation (project titled "Enhancing the quality and use of tax information exchanged between Member States in the context of the Directive on Administrative Cooperation (DAC)").

This flagship project is funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, managed by the European Commission Directorate General for Structural Reform Support.  During the past months, several meetings were conducted with MTCA officials and MITA personnel to gather information on how DAC information is collected, processed and exchanged with other Member States.

In order to be able to have more detailed picture of the DAC arena the MTCA is seeking feedback from MIT Members. You are kindly requested to spare a few minutes to complete a short questionnaire (6 questions) on the DAC reporting obligations and processes.

We will gather the responses received and will submit them to the MTCA.

You are kindly requested to submit your responses by noon on 21 May 2024.
