"Ensuring Ethical Tax Practices: The Case for a Warrant"

We have been requested by Matthew Pulis, a student who is currently reading for the Masters in Accountancy at the University of Malta, to circulate a questionnaire to our members.

This questionnaire forms part of a Master’s dissertation examining ethical challenges and emerging risks within the Maltese tax profession. Its purpose is to gather perceptions from tax practitioners, clients, and regulatory stakeholders on the extent to which issues such as aggressive tax planning, VAT fraud, confidentiality, and new industry risks (including AI and cryptocurrencies) are viewed as significant in Malta.
