The scope of this session is provide an overview of the relevant tax return attachments that should be completed when companies avail of aid under the various Investment Aid Schemes administered by Malta Enterprise Corporation. The session shall also look into the attachments that should be completed when companies avail of aid under the MicroInvest Scheme and the Business Development 2021 Scheme. Lastly, this session shall also give an overview of the attachment that should be compiled in cases where the company can apply the reduced treaty rate on its chargeable income.
