This seminar focuses on the investigative powers of the Commissioner for Revenue (‘CfR’). The Income Tax Management Act and related local legislation endow the CfR with broad investigative powers. This session is aimed at providing an overview of the relevant legislative provisions (both domestic laws and EU Directives) in this field.
