The MIT is compiling a Q&A document on the rules and the reporting queries that typically arise in practice, which will be made available to MIT Members. 

MIT members are invited to send any questions or issues identified in practice, in connection with the tax consolidation rules (SL 123.189) and guidance, and reporting, so that they may be considered for inclusion in our Q&A document.
