The Malta Tax and Customs Administration (MTCA) would like to inform practitioners that it is organising an information session on the Pre-vetting process of a Tax Refund Claim form. Submitting a correct and complete Tax Refund Claim form, together with the necessary accompanying documentation, is essential in avoiding delays in the processing of such form and the timely payment of refund. In this regard, the MTCA will be delivering an information session on 25th October 2023 at the Malta Business Registry, Link Hall in Zejtun, to illustrate the preliminary checks that are conducted by MTCA officials during the Pre-vetting process. To register for this session, you are kindly asked to fill in the attached registration form and submit it to Ms. Edwina Borg on edwina.borg@gov.mt and to Ms. Elisia Caruana on elisia.caruana@gov.mt by not later than 11th October 2023. Kindly note that this event is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
