Course: International Tax Law

This course, which is comprised of 9 lectures, will provide a comprehensive introduction to the OECD Model Convention and its application in practice, addressing issues such as residence and permanent establishment, Treaty interpretation and transfer pricing. Click here for the full lecture time-table.

It is ideal for persons pursuing a career in tax who wish to obtain a strong foundation in International Tax.

The course is the third module (Module C) of the 5 modules comprising the MIT Course on Taxation 2020/2021.
