Course: Law Fundamentals for Tax Practitioners

This course, which is comprised of 5 lectures, will address key non-tax issues which are essential for tax compliance practitioners:

  • Accounts for non-accountants
  • Introduction to Company Law
  • Prevention of Money Laundering & Funding of Terrorism Legislation

It is ideal for persons pursuing a career in tax compliance who wish to obtain an introduction to the fundamentals of Maltese law in these areas.

The course is the first module (Module A) of the 4 Modules comprising the MIT Course on Tax Compliance 2020/2021.
