A 2-part workshop the purpose of which is to assist attendees with the completion of corporate income tax returns and to address various issues and difficulties which may arise when completing the returns. During the seminar, practical scenarios will be presented to demonstrate, inter alia, how different sources of income are reportable in the income tax return and how different corporate vehicles treated as companies could impact such reporting. The basis of taxation applicable to companies will also be considered. The session will be based on the return for YA2023 This will be a practical workshop such that, based on the practical scenarios provided, attendees will be completing income tax returns.
