Access to SFTP Server - CRS, FACTA, CbCR 

The Office of the CfR has announced that access to the SFTP server by data providers for the purposes of upload of CRS, FATCA and CbCR reports will not be available.

Data providers are requested to send their public IP addresses to eoi-admin.cfr@gov.mt by not later than the 10th of December 2021 to be granted access to the SFTP server on the 20th December 2021.

The MIT is collaborating with the International Tax Center Leiden to bring a comprehensive online course on Transfer Pricing - the MIT ITC Short Course on Transfer Pricing, starting in January 2022.

In anticipation of the introduction of Transfer Pricing legislation locally, this course is a must for international tax professionals.

 
 

VAT Workshop: Completing a VAT Return

A box-by-box walkthrough a standard VAT Return, with reference to the positions taken in the MIT Guide to Completing a VAT Return, and a discussion on practical scenarios and frequently asked questions.
