The Budget Measures Implementation Act

This seminar will provide participants with an overview of the amendments introduced during Q1 of 2022, through Legal Notices and Act VII of 2022 implementing the measures announced in the Budget Speech of October 2021, and will explain the effects of such amendments in practice. A number of illustrative examples shall be presented highlighting the significance of the changes announced.
