This course, which is comprised of 10 lectures, will provide a comprehensive introduction to the OECD Model Convention and its application in practice, addressing issues such as residence and permanent establishment, Treaty interpretation and transfer pricing. The course is the second module (Module B) of the 5 modules comprising the MIT Course on Taxation 2025/2026.
