Practical considerations on the finding of PEs in Malta

This session shall analyse the different types of permanent establishments and situations which give rise to such permanent establishments, as well as the tax treatment of such permanent establishments. The session shall, in particular, assess common situations which may be expected to give rise to a permanent establishment.
