Q&A with the MTCA: Reporting and Compliance for Companies

The MIT is hosting a seminar which is focused on discussing the insightsissues and obstacles encountered by tax professionals around compliance and reporting processes in the context of Companies.

Representatives from the MIT’s Direct Tax Committee (Domestic & Compliance Sub-Committee) will be discussing these practical insights and issues with representatives from the Malta Tax & Customs Administration (MTCA).

Join us on 11 November 2025 for:

➡️ identify issues and obstacles encountered in practice
➡️ discuss any expected developments
➡️ provide information on the scope and operation of the Large Taxpayer Office

The session will be moderated by members of the MIT’s Direct Tax Committee (Domestic & Compliance Sub-Committee)

Whilst there will be an opportunity for questions from the audience during the session, we invite attendees to submit any questions on Corporate Tax Compliance and Reporting in advance so that they can be considered by the session moderator when preparing for the event. The deadline for sending questions is 3 November 2025.
