Tax Compliance Series 3 – Fiscal Consolidation

During this session the attendees shall go through:

  • the election to form a fiscal unit is carried out and requirements to apply for a fiscal unit;
  • tax computations and a consolidated tax computation;
  • the process to prepare the consolidated tax return and supplementary document;
The Tax Compliance Series is comprised of 4 workshops (5 sessions), each of which will focus on specific aspects of tax reporting:
  • Session 1: Individual Taxation
  • Session 2: Corporate Tax Returns (2 sessions)
  • Session 3: Fiscal Consolidation (this session)
  • Session 4: Capital Gains & Duty
