Applications for MIT Tax Courses 2022/2023 now open!

MIT is pleased to announce that the applications for its MFHEA-accredited Tax Courses for 2022/23 have been launched.

The MIT Course on Taxation (MQF 6)

An intensive course which covers all aspects of local and international taxation, which has been designed for students from tax, legal and accounting backgrounds who wish to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of Malta’s system of taxation. Successful completion of the Course (and the assessment) leads to the granting of an Award in Taxation (16 ECTS).

The MIT Course on Tax Compliance (MQF 5)

A specialised and comprehensive course which covers direct and indirect tax issues from a practical perspective. It is designed for individuals from accounting, financial or legal backgrounds but is also ideal for clerical staff members of accountancy, audit and legal firms who handle tax compliance matters. Successful completion of the Course (and the assessment) leads to the granting of an Award in Tax Compliance (8 ECTS).

An early bird discount of 10% is available on applications received up until 31st July 2022. The early bird offer will be applied once the completed application form is submitted and the processing fee of €150 is paid.

Both courses participate in the Get Qualified Scheme and in the Invest in Skills Scheme.

 

The MIT Course on Taxation and the MIT Course on Tax Compliance are accredited by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority. The Malta Institute of Taxation is licensed as a Higher Education Institution, having license number 2015-014.
