EU Updates list of non-cooperative jurisdictions

The EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions was updated on 8 October 2024, with Antigua and Barbuda removed from Annex I after being granted a supplementary review by the Global Forum on Tax Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes, and placed in Annex II (countries that have undertaken a commitment for reforms).
On the current Annex I list:
American Samoa, Anguilla, Fiji, Guam, Palau, Panama, the Russian Federation, Samoa, Trinidad & Tobago, US Virgin Islands, and Vanuatu.
