FIAU publishes 2020 REQs

Further to the consultation on the revised Risk Evaluation questionnaires (REQs) held earlier this year, the FIAU has published the 2020 REQs on its website. Subject Persons, which includes Tax Advisors, are required to complete and submit the respective REQ via the CASPAR system.
Guidance on the 2020 REQs is also available on the FIAU website.
The deadline for submission of the REQ is 5pm on 1st April 2020.
Submissions received after the deadline but before 5pm on 4th May 2020 will be subject to an additional late payment fee of €100. Subject Person who submit the REQ after the final deadline may be subject to administrative penalties.
