Malta-Armenia Treaty Published

The Agreement between the government of the Republic of Malta and the government of the Republic of Armenia for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has been published in virtue of LM 28 of 2020.

The Treaty will come into effect on such date as will be published in the Government Gazette.

Updated 4 February 2022 – the date of entry into force was 28 November 2021 (LN 41 of 2022).
