EU Tax Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Directive Implementation Regulations amended

The European Union Tax Dispute Resolution Mechanisms Directive Implementation Regulations have been amended pursuant to L.N. 441 of 2020. The revised Regulation 12 provides for the role of the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Malta Arbitration Centre in setting up the Advisory Commission.
