Application for change in VAT registration now online

The MTCA has announced that changes between VAT registrations under Article 10 and Article 11 may now be submitted through the VAT e Services portal.
Taxpayers registered under Article 10 may submit a request for a change of registration to Article 11 during the first 12 months of registration as well as after the initial 12-month period has elapsed.
An application for change in registration is subject to any conditions that may apply, including that the applicant has complied with all VAT obligations arising under their existing registration before submitting a request.
