Excise Duty Act amended

The Second and Sixth Schedules to the Excise Duty Act have been revised by LN 42 of 2024 and LN 43 of 2024.
The scope of the amendments is to further implement Council Directive 95/60/EC regarding the fiscal markings of gas oils and kerosene and Council Directive (EU) 2020/1151 amending Directive 92/83/EEC on the harmonisation of the structures of excise duties on alcohol and alcoholic beverages.
