Malta – Ghana Double Tax Treaty published

The Agreement between the government of the republic of Malta and the government of the republic of Ghana for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income has been published in virtue of LN 23 of 2020.
The Treaty will come into effect on such date as will be published in the Government Gazette.
