Malta – Kosovo Double Tax Treaty

The convention signed between Malta and Kosovo for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income was published by virtue of LN 168 of 2019.
The Convention will enter into force with effect from such date as shall be announced in the Government Gazette.
