Malta – Poland Tax Treaty amendments enter into force

In virtue of LN 117 of 2022, the Protocol between the Government of Malta and the Government of the Republic of Poland amending the Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income which was published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 64 of 2021 (See MIT News 1 March 2021) shall be deemed to have come into force on 11th March 2022.
