Malta-Russia Double tax Treaty revised

On 1 October 2020, Malta and Russia signed amendments to the Convention between the Government of Malta and the Government of the Russian Federation for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, which were published on 10 October 2020 in virtue of LN428 of 2020. These amendments will enter into force on such date as may be announced in the Government Gazette.
