MIT Graduation Ceremony 2025

The Malta Institute of Taxation hosted a Graduation Ceremony for graduates of the MIT Course on Taxation 2024/2025 (MQF 6), the MIT Course on Tax Compliance 2024/2025 (MQF 5) ant the MIT Course on VAT Compliance (MQF 5), at The Link Hall, on Monday 1st September 2025.

The event was opened by the Institute’s Chairperson of the Education Committee, Dr Rachel Zarb Cousin, who addressed the graduates and guests. Dr Sarah Cassar Torregiani, Chief Technical Officer of the Institute, invited the ‘First in Class’ for each course to address their fellow graduates. Mr Nathan Attard who achieved the highest mark overall in the MIT Course on Taxation 2024/2025; Ms Maria Mallia, who achieved the highest mark overall in the MIT Course on Tax Compliance 2024/2025 and Mr Gordon Harvey who achieved the highest mark overall in the MIT Course on VAT Compliance 2025. Following the handing out of the graduation certificates to the graduates present, the ceremony was closed by the Institute’s vice-president, Ms Geraldine Schembri.

Following the Graduation Ceremony, the MIT hosted a small reception at the Link Hall.

Congratulations to all those who successfully completed the MIT Course on Taxation 2024/2025, the MIT Course on Tax Compliance 2024/2025 and the MIT Course on VAT Compliance 2025.
