Notification of entry into force of the Malta-Kosovo Double Tax Treaty

LN 280 of 2019 has notified the entry into force, on 20 September 2019, of the Convention between the Government of the Republic of Malta and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, which was published as a Schedule to Legal Notice 168 of 2019.
