Tax deduction claim forms – Sports & creative courses

Parents whose children were enrolled with a sports provider registered with SportMalta in 2019 may benefit from a tax rebate (per child) of up to €100. Applications forms are to be submitted by February 2020.

Parents whose children, during 2019, attended a Cultural or Creative course provided by an entity or individual recognised by Arts Council Malta may benefit from a tax deduction of up to €100 per child. If the course was parents are entitled to claim a deduction against their chargeable income of up to a maximum of €100 for each child. Applications forms are to be submitted by 27 February 2020.
