Waiver of VAT and duty on import of medical and protective equipment extended again

The waiver currently in place (see MIT News 21 April 2021) on the VAT and duty on the importation of medical and protective equipment used in the fight against COVID-19 has been extended to 30 June 2022, further to the Commission decision of 22 December 2021.
